If there are 5 times more white people than black, then you would expect 5 times more race crimes, not 3 times.
So, proportionately, black people commit more race crimes than whites.

In the USA in 2019 there were 1,930 race-based hate crimes recorded against black people and 666 against white people.
Black people only make up 14%(46m) of the USA and white people make up 73% (241m) of the population. So there are 5 times as many white people as there are black people in America, yet black people experience nearly 3 times the amount of race crime as white people.
For every 1 white hate crime your kind of looking at ((1 x 3) x 5.2 ) = 15.6 race hate crimes for black people. *5.2 is 241/46m to account for difference in population.
and thats just race hate crimes that are recorded. Thats not racial incidents, micro aggressions, employment discrimination etc.. And that is in the 21st century, not the previous decades and centuries. Black people only gained legal equal to white people in the USA in I think 1964!! Can you imagine how mad that sounds?
And lets not forget the 242m white people have most of the wealth and most of the power. They are most of the police force as well.
And finally, it was on the blood sweat and tears of free labour that slaves provided that the fucking country was built on.
And they didnt even give them the 40 acres and a mule they promised when they were "freed" (which didnt really happen till 1964 and based on the 13th amendment maybe has never actually happened).
So you add it all up and the sentiments the same.
